He has authored numerous business and academic publications and presented research at leading international conferences on topics such as e-government, information security, e-learning, and leadership/change management.

His work has been featured in esteemed international journals, and his doctoral thesis focused on the digitization of government services. Additionally, Dr. Ramtohul is a thought leader in the field of Digital Transformation, regularly sharing insights through articles and speeches.
